Hanley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on Decemto answer to the above listed charges. After the investigation was completed, Hanley was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The officer noticed signs of impairment with the operator, identified as Derek Hanley, and conducted an investigation which included field sobriety tests. The officer also learned that one of the operators involved in the accident, identified as Shawn Melanson, had been operating his vehicle with a suspended New Hampshire driver’s license and suspended registrations. Upon arrival, the investigating officer spoke with the two operators involved in the accident and learned that there were no injuries.
